That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Payment and Shipping:
Orders will be shipped within 3 days. If you want to pick your order from our store in Athens, please wait for confirmation by email that your order is ready to collect. You will need a valid ID and your invoice number.
We accept payments with Paypal, any major credit card and for orders within Greece you can choose to pay on delivery (for a small extra fee, see at checkout).
Subscribe to our newsletter and our blog! We promise we will never use your email to spam you or sell it to any 3rd party. Our website is safe and secure for online purchases. No credit card data is stored on our website.
We know that sometimes things just don't make it to our favorite drawer! We are happy to accept returns of unused items within 20 days of purchase (for store orders) or delivery date (for online orders). We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or return shipping.
Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return and we will issue a refund through Paypal or on your credit card. Refund will be issued only for the products and not for any shipping costs. Return items must have the tag in place and be intact. Please send items back to us at the address below using any trackable shipping method and please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid. :
